Db backup error with free space on device

Starting this evening, I got the following message, even with addons disabled.

I think I have enough free space:

• Have you tried running Tools > Check Database? I'm getting the error "Backup creation failed: input/output error (os error 5)" - #2 by dae

What filesystem is it? Can you write files of different sizes to different directories?

I have used a back up and it seems it solved the problem. Thanks for your help.
