All of my 800+ notes, 3000+ cards have just one play button, on either the Front or Back. Except for this one. Where did the extra button come from?
They both work, so it’s not a problem, more a curious puzzle.

have you checked the field for that note to see if you have accidentally added the audio twice?
Judging by the template layout, you have an audio file reference inside {{Korean}} field and another one inside {{Audio}} field.
