Css syntax TTS delay

When tts is added to the card using the css syntax, in Korean, there is a delay of about 1 second for each card.

In English, tts is played as soon as the button is pressed, but in Korean, I do not know why there is a delay of about 1 second sometimes.

If anyone knows a solution, please let me know, thank you.

For reference, tts addon is not used.

Anki uses the same approach to play both English and Korean. If one is behaving differently to the other, the issue may be in the TTS voice implementation, or Windows.
