In the old Anki/Awsome TTS there was a tab where you could set a delay before the audio would play. Now I can’t find it. Where did it go? How can I add a delay before the audio plays with on the fly Awsome TTS audio?

Did you check “Advanced”?
Otherwise, have you considered asking this question of the developer directly? He’s active in Anki community, but I’m sure the best way to reach him is through the communication channels he asks folks to use (see the add-on’s page).

I added a regex rule in the advanced settings, this worked on both desktop and mobile anki.
