Creating a card with with multiple type-in fields, but that shows a different answer for each one

Hello guys,

I was wondering if it was possible to create, and if so, how to create a card with multiple type-in fields, that on the back, show the answers for each specific field. Do you have any guidance on this?

In case, at the moment, this is the front:

But the back only shows the answer for the first field

I don’t think mutliple input fields in the same card are supported, but you can always create more card types, each testing you on a field.
It’s recommended to test yourself on only one piece of information per card anyway.
