AnkiDroid itself doesn’t use profiles, so it will only sync with one profile/account on AnkiWeb. If it’s just for yourself, it’s best to keep your collection united in a single profile. If you have multiple users studying on the same Android device, you can install a “parallel” version of AnkiDroid with a separate collection and syncing.
