Cmd+q doesn't work when windows like the addon screen are open

When installing new addons I always need to restart Anki. But when the addon window is open, cmd+q doesn’t work. Id need to close that window and then close Anki. Would be cool if id be able to directly hit cmd+q

Same thing for the note type screen after pressing cmd+shift+n

Also while we’re at it: A restart button in the addon window would be handy.

Apple’s native apps don’t appear to support quitting from a modal dialog either. But you can just hit esc first to close the window, then cmd+q will work.
