I would like to know if it can break the combo day if I change the time zone on anki because my day start later than midnight and I’m planning on moving abroad in japan (I’m french).
So, How the timezone work in anki ?

Anki handles timezone changes reasonably well - it shouldn’t require any intervention on your part. Previously it was suggested to have your reviews finished when the timezone change takes effect (doing them on plane would be the obvious strategy) but I don’t think that’s required any more.
Changing timezone/‘next day starts at’ can shift reviews back or forward a day. Depending on when you reviewed, it may cause gaps to appear in your calendar graph.
