Hello, I deleted my Ankidroid app, and then I installed again but the photos and the audio are gone. I cannot view the photos and play the audio. Please help me. Thank you in advance.
When you deleted AnkiDroid, that deleted your collection from that device. Did you have your entire collection, including those images, synced to AnkiWeb or exported somewhere else?
Was that the first time you had synced with AnkiWeb? Did you run sync enough times for the Media Sync to complete – in addition to the collection database? Media files may take time to sync - Anki FAQs

Are you sure you’re connecting to the right AnkiWeb account – the same account you synced with before? You appear to have multiple accounts.
Have you synced enough times since reinstalling to make sure media sync is complete?
