Hi, having trouble to open Anki app on my I-Pad. Yesterday it still works well (as good as the last years). Today the app is telling me, that it can´t be shared and needs to be bought again. If I follow the link to the app store and press refresh on the app, the system tells me, that it can´t be updated, as a refund has been taken place resp. the buy has been done with a different Apple-ID. Pls see attached shapshot.
A refund or a different ID is not known by me.
However, I have also the Anki app on my I-phone and there it works (still?) fine.
Es sieht so aus, als ob die Familienfreigabe, in deren Rahmen du Anki nutzen konntest, für deine verwendete Apple-ID nicht mehr gilt (d.h. jemand hat dich daraus entfernt).
Hhhm. Ich bin ja der Boss / der Admin in meiner Familienfreigabe. Man kann mich gar nicht rauswerfen.
Ich habe I-Pad wir auch I-Phone eben nochmal geprüft. Ich tauche da mit meiner ID weiterhin auf wie auch meine beiden Kids im Rahmen der Familienfreigabe.
Habe auch den Softwarestand von iOS geprüft, ist up-to-date.
Ich mach mir auch etwas Sorgen, dass das I-Pad vielleicht mal bald die Hufe hochreisst - der Akku geht ziemlich schnell zur Neige und seit heute habe ich auch das Problem, dass der Apple-Pencil vom Bluetooth-“Verbunden” nach sehr kurzer Zeit in den “Nicht verbundenen”-Zustand abdriftet. Keine Ahnung, ob das irgendwie alles zusammenhängt?! Hatte jedenfalls auch das Ipad runter-/hochgefahren …

Ich hab die App mal auf dem I-Pad gelöscht. Im App-Store soll ich wirklich wieder 29,99€ für die App zahlen!
Meine I-cloud ID ist auf beiden Geräten identisch. Ebenso werden auch beide Geräte in der Familienfreigabe angezeigt: “iPhone (158)” und “iPad von Rhabanus”.
Hallo, schau im AppStore, ob du es über das Menü „vorherige Einkäufe“ runterladen kannst. Mit AppStore-Problemen kann dir nur Apple als Betreiber helfen, der Anki-Entwickler hat da keinerlei Möglichkeiten.
