Can we store Anki data in a separate drive/card, and access it?

If anyone has done it, how can i, so I can use the same card in multiple devices?

I believe you can. Anki can run as a “portable” app without being installed, and carry its collection with it on removable media, which seems like it would fit your need. Directions for how to set that up: Managing Files - Anki Manual

But please pay attention to the warnings on that page – about why cloud syncing won’t work, why networked drives aren’t a good idea, etc. Anki needs to have uninterrupted access to your collection, so there are several things you need to avoid.
