Can’t install Anki on Windows: python-build-standalone download error

Hello,

I tried to install Anki on Windows, but the installation failed with the following error:

Error: https://github.com/astral-sh/python-build-standalone/releases/download/20250612/cpython-3.13.5%2B20250612-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc-install_only_stripped.tar.gz download failed

It seems Anki depends on python-build-standalone. However, the file cannot be downloaded in my environment due to security restrictions.

Could you please let me know:

1.Is there an alternative download format (e.g. zip, Windows installer) I can use?

2.Or is there a recommended workaround to install Anki without this file?

You can install on another computer and copy the files on a flash drive if your administrator supports that.
