Can’t add a card

Hi, when I “add” a new card I don’t get a card with a back and front I get a list of things like Vocabulary Kanji, etc (see attachment) image|281x499

Any suggestions how to bypass this?

Please tap on “Type: Japanese” and select “Basic” instead.
