I selected “Toggle sticky” on the computer, not only is it still in the open state when Anki reopened, but it also remembers the previous input state on Ankimobile for iOS after synchronization, and it cannot be canceled on the phone. I don’t know if this is intentionally designed or a bug?

My idea is that if this option is enabled on the computer, it should be closed by default the next time Anki is reopened, because that is the more frequent state. If it needs to be synchronized with the mobile version, a cancel option should also be provided.
The plan is to eventually integrate the desktop editor into AnkiMobile, and when that happens you’ll be able to toggle sticky there too.
