Hello,
I’m running Anki on Manjaro Linux with GNOME Shell 48.3. When I open the Card Browser and then open the Card Info panel, the “expand” button (the button meant to enlarge or expand the Card Info window) does not respond to clicks. Clicking the button produces no visible effect, and the window does not expand.
My Anki version is:
Version 25.07.5 (7172b2d2)
Python 3.13.5 Qt 6.9.1 Chromium 122
Please let me know if you need more info.
Thanks.
Did you downloaded from the Arch/Manjaro repositories or via https://apps.ankiweb.net/ ?
If it was the former, then you will need to report to their distribution’s package maintainers (Manual )
if was the latter, then you can ignore and proceed with Troubleshooting - Anki Manual and wait for devs/staff

> Bug summary
> Sometimes QT applications Anki’s main window will not split to half of the screen properly. Notably, I have not observed this happening to the new card screen. I have included images to what attempted to split results in. This usually starts after having run a GNOME session for a little while and then persists and splitting stops working until I restart GNOME.
