I’ve put two images in the media folder: oregon_flag.png and oregon_map.png. When I open them with an image viewer they look fine, but when I try to put the flag in a note field (by drag and drop), it looks like the map. I’ve solved this by renaming oregon_flag.png to _oregon_flag.png
If you can reproduce the problem in a fresh profile, please provide the images and reproduction steps.
No, I can’t reproduce it, and it got fixed maybe after some database and media checks
