According to the docstring, Browser is supposed to select a card passed to it via the card parameter, but it doesn’t.
To reproduce, choose the card id of the 2nd card of a note with two cards,
as they appear in Browser. Then, close the browser, and from the debug console, run:
card_id = 1169130868156
card = aqt.mw.col.get_card(card_id)
aqt.dialogs.open("Browser", aqt.mw, card, (f"nid:{card.nid}",))
Observe that the wanted card is not selected, instead, the first card is selected.
