Broken link for downloading the Linux (2.1.44) version

I’m trying to update my ANKI app on my linux, to version 2.1.44, using this link from ankiweb.net:

https://github.com/ankitects/anki/releases/download/2.1.44/anki-2.1.44-linux-amd64.tar.bz2

unfortunately it is broken!

can anyone update it, please?

I just downloaded from here

without any problems.

@dae: The download link for 2.1.44 for linux on apps.ankiweb.net is broken. the link from ankiweb that has and that the OP posted here is wrong because it has an additional -amd64 in it.

Thanks for the report; “fixed” by removing the direct link and moving the instructions into the manual.
