Brazil's Daylight Saving Time Bug

Hello everyone,

Recently Brazil dismissed the Summer Time period, but for some reason Anki is asking me to adjust my Windows’s clock and add +1 hour to the actual time. I’m currently using a Windows 7 PC and I have always to change my clock time when I want to acces Anki.

I hope to find a solution, thanks.

Timezones are handled by Windows, so an update from Microsoft will be required.
