Pop-up showing on hover a shortcut key value doesn’t match preferences setting. Although answer keys work correctly, I mean save answers according to settings.

Python 3.9.15 Qt 5.15.2 PyQt 5.15.5
Anki doesn’t show preview when preferences window is open but I set:
Again 0
Hard 1
Good 2
Easy 3
With this setting Anki still shows as if no changes were made.
