Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble getting the AnkiHub Premium AI features to appear.
Here’s my setup:
• Anki version: **26.05**
• AnkiHub Premium: **Active** (annual subscription)
• Logged into the correct AnkiHub account
**• AnkiHub Smart Search** and **AnkiHub AI Chatbot** are both enabled in **AnkiHub → Config**
• Running the latest AnkiHub add-on (Check for Updates says no updates available)
• Synced AnkiHub and restarted Anki multiple times
• Signed out and back into AnkiHub
• Confirmed my Premium subscription is active on the AnkiHub website
The issue is that I don’t see the AI/Smart Search widget on my AnKing deck home page, while classmates with Premium do.
I also realized I had installed a separate “Smart AI Search” add-on at one point, but I’ve since removed it, so that shouldn’t be causing the issue.
Has anyone experienced this before or know of another setting I should check? Is this possibly an account provisioning issue?
