I’m not able to install Anki on my professional laptop, I would like to know if there is a portable version to simply execute without setup ?

You could use the web browser version (although the functionality is very limited).
But no, there’s not a portable version. It should work fine even on a basic laptop, so I don’t know why you can’t install it on your “professional laptop”?
Hello, unfortunately, yes, functionnaly are very limited, not able to upload a picture or record a song.
