Fully functional web browser version?

Hello. I wonder whether it would be possible to have a fully functional version of Anki usable via a web browser?

There are many times when I would like to create cards, but I am not able to download the desktop program. This might be because I am in a library, or using a work computer on which I am not permitted to install software.

I don’t find AnkiWeb sufficient even to review cards, because it doesn’t allow me to undo mistakes.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately this workaround isn’t feasible for me, as I am not allowed to use a flash drive on my work laptop.
