If there is no release but there are tags (usually named as versions), you can select a version of the tag, clone the contents of the repository under that tag, and replace the contents of the original addon directory.
If there are no tags, then go through the commits history, select a commit, and clone the contents of the repository under that commit as above, and replace the contents of the original addon directory.

感谢指点，有一个插件叫 Duplicate and Reorder，这个插件可以复制卡片在对应卡片的下方，紧挨着原卡片，但是更新以后，我anki和插件都更新了，复制卡片直接到当前deck末尾了，还要一点点往上移动

I took a look and found that the addon was last updated on 2023-08-27. It is unlikely to be a problem with the addon update. What is your current version of Anki? (About page, include the commit in parentheses, for example mine is 23.12.1 (1a1d4d54)).

我的是这个版本 23.12 (55ef11af)，是能工作，主要是现在复制会直接到当前浏览卡片的末尾还要手动向上挪动位置，挪到老卡片下面，不像之前，复制的新卡是在老卡下面，是紧挨着的，anki回退老版本也不行好像
这我就不知道了，我也没用过这个插件，没法提供更多的帮助。但这个插件有 release 页，你可以试试插件别的版本。
