You have to wait. It is still Updating Anki (see the message that says just that, that you zoomed in on). After the download finished, you should be able to open Anki.

If you go to C:\Users\stmab\AppData\Local\Programs\Anki, do you see a file named versions.py? If not, try uninstalling Anki and installing it again.
I already did uninstall it but i will try your command
where should i enter users stam etc? in the blac k programm or internet or where?
You can open This PC and paste it at the top bar then press Enter to go to the folder.
i had one but i couldnt open it with a useful app on my laptop.
should i maybe just download an old version of anki? do you know how? i uninstalled it now again
The most recent version before the launcher was added is 25.02.7 – Release 25.02.7 · ankitects/anki · GitHub . That should get you up and running for now until you can work out the launcher issues.
