Anki wont open on Mac

Hi, Anki wont open on my Mac Air (MacOS Sequoia 15.7.3) and just jumps up and down once without opening.

I’ve tried to open it via the terminal using /Applications/Anki.app/Contents/MacOS/launcher but it doesn’t work, and says Error: Failed to execute: /Users/my name/Library/Application Support/AnkiProgramFiles/.venv/bin/python -c import aqt, sys; sys.argv[0] = ‘Anki’; aqt.run(): Bad CPU type in executable (os error 86)

I got this macbook in november, my former macbook was an Intel based one, but I dont know how to fix this issue. I thought I could use Rosetta, but apparently it’s not an app, and I dont know how to get it.

I’ve managed to download Rosetta by opening the Zoom app which required it.

Now that you’ve got Rosetta, you should search the forum for other similar errors, and try the things suggested there.

I’ve gotten Anki to work with Rosetta, so I dont understand what other errors there are or what else I should try
