My anki web is bugged. It is showing me duplicate answers, especially when the answers are in image/print format.
It’s probably showing you what the card templates are telling it to. Does the card appear differently/correct when you study in Anki Desktop?
Let’s have a look at the templates (front/back/styling, post them in a code-block please).

I know that this might seem to be unrelated at all, but this happened to me and any other due to the video driver used. Try changing the Video driver in the preferences.
