Anki sync issue

I keep having this message pop up “only one copy of anki can sync to your account at once. Please wait a few minutes then try again. I only have 1 anki account and only use it on 1 device. I don’t have anki on any other device expect my computer. Please let me know how to proceed.

Have you created multiple profiles on Anki? Each profile will need it’s own AnkiWeb account.
