Anki Stuck on White Screen Not Loading on Windows 11

Hi everyone,

I recently installed Anki 2.1.66 on my Windows 11 PC, but whenever I launch the app, all I see is a white screen. The interface doesn’t load, and I can’t interact with anything.

I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling Anki, updating my graphics drivers, and running Anki in compatibility mode, but nothing has worked so far.

I also tested running Anki without add-ons by holding Shift during startup, but the issue persists. My PC specs Intel i7-12700K, NVIDIA RTX 3060, 32GB RAM.

Everything was working fine before, and Iam not sure if this is related to a recent update or a system compatibility issue.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!

Is there a reason you’re install a version that’s over a year old?

Aside from that, go through the rest of the Troubleshooting Checklist, especially #6 video drivers – Troubleshooting - Anki Manual .
