I downloaded Anki for the first time on Windows and nothing appears. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several, nothing changes. I even tested with other versions but the result is the same.

Do you use any third-party antivirus/firewall/VPN/proxy/etc software?
Does your Windows username contain any accents or characters other than plain a-z? If so, and you create a new Windows use with just Latin characters, does that make a difference?
