Anki sound not working

Hello, my name is Jay Joshi
I am using the anki version 2.1.49
Sound is not getting played automatically
while I using cards with audio.
Its getting played after adelay of time for some cards .
I have to manually play it with play button or shortcut R

Restart Anki while holding down the shift key. This will disable addons.
