Hi. Anki was working fine yesterday.
When I tried opening it today, it shuts down automatically after syncing and asking me if I wanted to update to the new version.
It does not show any error messages either. I already tried opening with the shift key pressed to no avail and to downgrade to the 2.1.26 standard version but the problem still persists.
If someone could help me, thanks in advance.
So I uninstalled the 2.1.26 version and tried downloading the new 2.1.35 version. Then I restarted my computer.
For now, it seems that the issue was resolved. What I noticed was that the review heatmap was not loading before. Don’t know if it has something to do with it shutting down.
I think that restarting my computed helped more than downloading the new version anyways. Hope this eventually helps anyone with similar problems.
