I am new to Anki, I’ll appreciate some help in this

My anki for the cards after first revision showng 1hrs for Good, Hard and Again.
These set of cards were created day before yesterday and I revised them yesterday.
(I changed my settings yesterday scheduling second revision to 3 days. )
I ahve added screenshots of my setting, to check if incase its a problem of same.
Can someone please help me with this
