This has been going on for a few weeks but I can’t seem to fix it.
Whenever I Open Anki it has a pretty high review count (even if I haven’t touched it yet). My 500+ day streak was thrown off and always shows up as “0”
Also, it takes FOREVER to sync. My decks have been syncing for over 24 hours but it still isn’t done.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
Have you ruled out add-ons?
If you click on sync while the spinner is shown, it will pop up a log of the media sync. If the added/removed counts have not changed for a number of minutes, it may have gotten stuck. If you abort it and sync again, it should pick up where it left off.
