Anki is not downloading on my 2020 MacBook Pro M1. I believe that is a M1 Silicon chip.
The installer downloads but I cannot get it downloaded.
App store the device is incompatible. How??
I don’t think AnkiMobile works on macOS. Please download the desktop version if you’ve not tried that: https://apps.ankiweb.net/

What error message or behavior are you seeing when you run the Anki Launcher/installer on your MacBook Pro?
(And, to re-iterate, “AnkiMobile Flashcards” is the app for iPhones and iPads. It is not for Mac computers like your MacBook Pro.)

I will share the message. I used to have Ankimobile on my old 2019 Macbook Air.
download macOS nstaller, click on it, add it to applications.. it doesn’t go past download pic u see
That’s desktop Anki, not AnkiMobile. That’s the right one for macOS.
Start by trying all the things that have been suggested for this issue recently: Search results for 'mac bouncing order:latest' - Anki Forums .
Instead of running the Anki launcher by clicking on the icon, please run it by using this command in the Terminal app:
/Applications/Anki.app/Contents/MacOS/launcher
Doing so will allow you to see any error messages that occur. Please copy and paste the error messages in your reply to help further troubleshoot the issue.
Could you also please let us know:
- When you got your new 2020 M1 MacBook Pro, did you transfer your old files from the Intel-based 2019 MacBook Air using Migration Assistant?
