Anki multiple cards at once does not work?

I have a note called Example like this

and it has two type of cards like this:

When i add that note and learn it, it shows me from First to Second twice without from Third to Fourth (like the picture below).

if I hit the good button like this:

Then it show me the second card, but still from First to Second:

And if I hit the easy button, it go back to the decks without showing me the second card.
How do I fix it?

You only see one card because its sibling is getting buried.
