Anki keeps making a new deck called "Standard"

I wanted to make new cards in a new deck. As soon as I save the card, it goes in another deck, Anki created themself, called “standard”. I cannot make a new deck. The setting is in the modus “Set current stack as default”. I tried to close it and make a new start- I have the same problem at my MacBook, my iPad and my iPhone. I hope somebody understand my problem and can help me.

You are able to change decks when creating cards

or you can click in a deck, then create cards which should change the deck, see video below (1min chapter)

Thanks. I already tried this but it doesn’t change anything. The Problem is still the Same
