Both the due and new columns show up as zero for a few of my decks, but when I click browse on those decks all of my cards are still there. How do I solve this? Thanks

If the problem hasn’t resolved by now, you should share more information like your deck settings.

There’s never a “0” in either of the “Due” or “New” columns. There are only positive digits or blanks.
BTW: Did you download these decks?
As @Rumo suggested, if your issue still exists, please provide some more info.
Personally, I would like to see two screenshots:
Screenshot #1: The “Decks” screen (the screen that’s puzzling you).
Screenshot #2: Click on a problem deck and open it in the browser (or to see the “Congratulations !” screen). Sort the “Due” column in chronological sequence. (Click a few times to guarantee the sequence.)
