I really need help.
I have anki on my MacBook and on my iPad as well.
Everytime I want to study the cards, they all are shown 0, and when I click on the deck it says, I already have studied the deck. But I haven’t yet.
When I look at the card management, all the cards are available.
I hope someone can help me.

https://faqs.ankiweb.net/anki-is-not-showing-me-all-my-cards.html It likely depends on your settings, please read the FAQ entry and adjust your settings regarding new cards accordingly. There is likely some limit set.
@kwkfun also posted on the private support site. I suspect their issue is that they have a low parent limit set and are using v2. I recommended they upgrade to The Anki v3 scheduler - Frequently Asked Questions so the parent limits don’t apply when clicking/tapping on a child deck.
