Anki deck disappears when clicking “Add Deck” or “Add Flashcards

I think we could use a lot more detail here.

  1. Which of the apps are you using? You posted this under desktop Anki, but it doesn’t have buttons/menu-items with quite those names – so I wonder if you’re using one of the mobile apps, or if you’re using a localized version and translating the names back for us.

  2. Where are you looking that you see the deck and then don’t see the deck (what screen, what part of the app)?

  3. What exactly are you clicking (a screenshot might be useful)?

  4. What happens after that – does the disappeared deck come back? What about when you restart the app?
