Basically, I will copy and paste an image to a card from a premade deck and anki will automatically crash as soon as I press ctrl + enter (or the close button) to continue with my review. I will have to manually restart it and when I revisit the same card, the image I added won’t be available. This is very annoying and any help is much appreciated.
PS: I use Anki Version 2.1.40
