I am trying to open the app from my desktop but every time I click on it, it loads for one second and then nothing happens. I’ve deleted the app, redownloaded and restarted my computer, nothing is working. Please help!
What version of Anki are you using? Make sure you try the latest version available in https://apps.ankiweb.net/

Yeah I just downloaded the latest version and it’s still not working 
On which platform are you working (Windows, MacOS or Linux)?
Windows 10
There is a dedicated page in the manual. Does anything in there help?

Me too, It crashes while syncing even while running the program or closing it.
