When I open Anki’s browse tab, the Mac app crashes. After restarting my computer and doing the steps on the anki website, I can open the browse tab, but the app closes once I type anything in. I attempted to start the app with add-ons disabled to no avail. I am using the most updated version of Anki. Any help would be appreciated!
Does resetting window positions in the preferences before opening the browser help?
I was getting the same problem.
What fixed it (temporarily?) was changing Preferences → Appearance → User Interface → Style to “Anki”.
Changing it back to “Native” and restarting causes the crashing-on-browse problem to happen again.
