An option to hide media filenames in the browser

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In some cases, the filename is the answer (e.g. cards that ask you to identify something shown in an image). So, accidentally looking at the browser before answering a card amounts to cheating.

Describe the solution you’d like
An option to hide the filenames in the browser, like AnkiDroid.

The option currently present in AnkiDroid only works on the Question and Answer columns of the browser. I suggest making this work on the Sort Field too when it is implemented in Anki.

This is not a particular priority, as you can already customize the question and answer format used by the browser.

To elaborate, you can use the Browser Appearance option to override what is shown in card browser, available on Anki desktop and AnkiDroid.

I submitted an issue for this for AnkiDroid when Image filenames started displaying in Card Browser (due to AnkiDroid transitioning to using the shared Anki backend), even with the Display filenames in card browser option turned off. More info for the workaround in the ticket:
