Thanks for replying … I tried with excel file but that even didn’t work out and similar error pressist can you please suggest some otger format than UTF-… WHICH are compatible with Anki

As I’ve said, this is about the notetype, not the file format. Please refer to the link above to read how you can resolve the issue.
