Addon upload failed: max version too high

I uploaded some new versions of existing add-ons. I can’t adjust the compatibility info to .60. After clicking the “update” button at the bottom of the add-on upload page I see a new minimal page containing just the words “max version too high”.

I’ve cleared all website data and logged in again but the issue persists.
