For different add-ons I can’t adjust the compatibility info to “65” (but .64 works). After clicking the “update” button at the bottom of the add-on upload page I see a new minimal page containing just the words “max version too high”.
I also tried in a new private window but the issue persists.
Not really relevant but .65 has been released …
