Add card window will not open

When I click on Add to Add Cards, the window does not open properly, so I cannot add new cards at all. I can see it on the taskbar if I hover over anki but it does not open on the screen when I click on it. When I swipe up on the mouse pad to see all open windows it doesn’t appear.

I’m using 2.1.54 (Qt6) on windows 10 and have no add-ons.

I have followed all the troubleshooting instructions but still no luck.

You could try renaming your prefs21.db to something else then start Anki again.
