"Add" applet functionality degraded in 2.1.54

I like to enter new cards with the keyboard.
For this I used to type in the Front, type TAB, type in the Back, type TAB TAB and ENTER to add a card.
The newly designed Add applet does not allow to jump to the Add button with the tab key anymore.
This is a step back in usability.
Is there a way to get back to the old functionality?

I do not know about your question, but maybe instead of Enter you could use Ctrl + Enter, which does not require the focus to be on the “Add” button in order to work.
