About overdue cards and proficiency

I want to know how FSRS handles overdue cards. For example, if I review 100 cards on time versus reviewing them 100 days overdue, will the proficiency options provided by FSRS differ? If I still remember the card after a 100-day delay, does that indicate I have a high proficiency with the card? Should FSRS then offer me a longer interval for the next review?

thanks

Yes, success on overdue cards will be accounted for in the next interval set. FSRS uses similar logic to what Anki did using SM-2: Due times after a break - Anki FAQs.
